NCY Piston Alumin 50mm 81cc Set (Honda Dio)

Description: NCY Piston Alumin 50mm 81cc Set for Honda Dio (AF16-AF18E) engines. The piston is 50mm. The bore size is 50mm pair with stock crankshaft stroker 41.4mm = 81cc! Cylinder bore and crankshaft stroker not included, sold separately.

NOTE: Properly break in your big bore kit and add about an ounce of 2 stroke oil to your gas tanks. 50cc oil injectors are not meant to lubricate 72cc+ bores. For break-in, we recommend 200-300 miles before running your bike full throttle for any extensive length of time. This BBK will not fit the early model AF05E Engines (PRE-1994). Boring and machining may be required.
