Stage6 Clutch Sport PRO 107mm (Minarelli, Yamaha)

Description: Stage6 Clutch Sport PRO 107mm for Yamaha Zuma 50cc, Minarelli 50cc 2-stroke scooters. Stage6 has extended its clutch range to include the Sport PRO version. This three-shoe clutch can be adjusted by using different clutch springs and choosing between two lock-in positions. Its beefed-up clutch shoes are held in place with a reinforcing ring and forged screw-in bolts that are superior to the riveted studs commonly used in conventional clutches, as these tend to fly out. The Stage6 Sport PRO is a favorable alternative to other popular sports clutches. With powerful engines, we still recommend going for the Stage6 Torque Control though.

Installation: Make sure variator drive face is seated properly and not get its teeth chewed by the Bendix: 1. Slack the belt by opening the CVT clutch gives belt slack to the variator side. 2. Then install the variator drive face while lifting the slack belt further away from the center boss if done properly should not see any splines between variator drive face slop-side and boss flat-side. Should be flushed together. 3. Then install the existing variator fan, washer, and hand-tight nut. 4. Finally, apply blue Loctite, torque nut to 30-35ft-lbs. For reassurance please consult your manufacturer's variator torque specs.
